Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had impressive room amenities including a Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and Marshall Bluetooth speaker, but the lack of fresh air due to an unopenable window made the room feel stuffy. The location was central to many attractions but lacked peace for a good night's sleep.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had comfy beds. I adored the in-room items like chargers and Dyson hair dryers. However, I wished the room was a bit more spacious, and it felt stuffy due to the inability to open a window. The restaurant was a bit pricey and challenging to have food at. Overall, the hotel was stunning.
The hotel was incredible and such an amazing price for how expensive looking the room and hotel is. The rooms are fantastic even after closing the windows for the price charged by Mayson. The service was really nice and super friendly and helpful, especially in E&C next to Lewis modern hotel. The location is great, really powerful with excellent surroundings, although it could be somewhat of a dangerous place to get to and from if staff won't help guests with accommodation in organizing taxis to the train station. The dining experience offers great views and was heated on request, especially in Elephant and Castle in Ryleighs. The facilities are top-notch with next-level technology in the rooms, including a Dyson Cool fan, Smeg fridge, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and record player.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although advertised as soundproof, wasn't up to par and could have been cleaner. However, the staff members were exceptional, showing great pride in their work and providing top-notch service. The location was a bit tricky to access at times, but it was very central and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was delightful, especially the restaurant on the top floor. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to town and 3Arena, but the room was quite small and lacked air conditioning. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there were some disturbances from neighboring guests. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of dishes. The facilities were decent overall, but not exceptional.
The hotel has impressive room amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more, but cleanliness issues were a downside. Service was mixed with some helpful and friendly staff but also examples of unprofessional behavior. The location is central and convenient, especially for concert-goers, although noise could be an issue. Dining was good, but prices were on the higher side. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were well-equipped with luxurious amenities and offered breathtaking views of the Liffey river. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were some issues with extra fees not being communicated gracefully. The location was convenient for my needs, close to the 3Arena, but lacked support in arranging transport to the train station. The dining experience had a good selection, but there were disappointments with prebooking for certain facilities. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel room, 301 river suite, exceeded my expectations with a beautiful copper free-standing bath and a high standard living room area equipped with a record player, coffee machine, and a well-stocked mini bar. Despite being a Saturday night, the room was remarkably quiet. However, it was a bit cramped with all the snacks and drinks provided.
